SUPPORT SPPF |
The Foundation’s Host Committee is its membership body and primary support.
Through the course of each year, the Host Committee membership will be invited to participate in a full program of museum, gallery and studio presentations, demonstrations and lectures based on membership levels. Host Committee members will also be offered select discounts on both product and fees from related organizations.
Each year, the Host Committee will host Opening Events for the Paper Works and Print Works Invitationals and will sponsor a Purchase Award for each of these exhibitions. The works purchased will become the property of the Foundation and will eventually be housed at a future exhibition gallery which the Foundation intends to build on South Whidbey Island. These works will continue to be made available for appropriate loans to educational and arts institutions.
Long range plans for the Foundation include the construction of classrooms, studios - including a full printmaking studio – a research library, an archive for receiving, preserving and presenting collections of merit, and a conservation center. They also include a full program of lecture and studio classes, residency and exchange programs, permanent and rotating exhibits, and academic relationships with qualified and meritorious institutions around the country and around the globe.
Join our Host Committee for a year of inspired and stimulating programs and help us build our classrooms, studios, library, exhibition gallery, archives, collections and conservation center.
